Not a call, procedure completed with a SDCCH

Hi Guys,

I have problem in DT (call End before getting Callsetup) , and from Layer3 Msgs the cause is Value 0, Not a call, procedure completed with a SDCCH!!

Did u have solutions. Many Thanks

Hi ,
The site or as specific cell is not configured in MSC , that's why call cannot be start it cannot get authentication from MGW. Only from handover from another configured cell it can hold a call.

Yes i'm agree.. some site maybe note counfigured well in core network
