Cell Reselection Huawei 3G U2100 to Huawei 4G L800

Can anyone help with the reselection from Huawei 3G U2100 to Huawei 4G L800.

Currently the reselection takes approximately 20 seconds with multiple handsets.

Radio is in Lab environment.

Looking for help with regards to the parameters used to reduce this time. Target time is < 5 seconds

Hi,

can you check the cause for the delay. Is it because of:
1. After end of the call on UMTS, UE is kept in Cell_FACH/Cell_PCH and not released to idle mode? UE will start reselection to LTE only in idle mode -> you have to send it there earlier
2. Is 20s from the time UE goes to idle mode in UMTS to the time it reselects to LTE? UE will learn about LTE from SIB19 on UMTS -> you have to make broadcast of SIB19 to be more often.
