    Default Reload Delay Issue

    Hello experts,

    In our network there is an intermeittent issue saying reload failures. Same time SMSs are delivering without any delay and no SDCCH congestion is observed. But users say they have to try several times for a single reload.

    Can u please provide any steps to figure out the issue.
