Exclamation Drop Call Degradation due to Low SS UL/DL

When the Drop Call Rate suddenly degraded in the Overlaid subcell and the dominant reason is due to Low SS UL/DL. The Cells do not overshoot far away and the HW check do not detect any faulty connector, antenna, feeder or jumper?

    The following actions was performed:
    - deep HW check
    - BSIC change
    - Site reload

The cell is dual Band (G900/G1800) and the sys is E*******?

    Hi,

Any meaningful change on traffic distribution for UL/OL on all sectors? What about partial cross connections ?

    Cheers

Check the traffic balancing between underlaid and overlaid subcells. Also check if any feature like subcell load distribution is activated which shifts traffic from underlaid to overlaid based on traffic levels on the cell.
We experienced similar issues in a network after rain season. Overlaid coverage(if GSM1800) is shrunk with the change in the environment, so keep that factor in your mind too.
