tems 9 technical reference and/or user guide

i've heard some news from tems 9 products to support scanning function. is there any technical references or user guides to give more details about it///

did you mean 3g phone scanning support?
all tems product before tems 9 supported scan with hardware scan (gsm, umts or cdma)

I mean that it is said that TEMS 9 handsets, such as W760, Z750 and C702 can support scanning function by themselves, not by external hardwares.

Yes, the phones support scanning like CPICH scanning and Network scanning for WCDMA.
But, they donot donot have the C/W scanning available in them. C/W scanning is possible with external scanners only.
