SIU Elements manager

E.... SIU Element Manager ,
With this tool you can select management base, connection type ,xml schema
also you can load, back up or upload SIU via this tool.
you dont need to have any licence or instruction .It is pretty straight forward application.
by the way previous SIU Elements manager uploads no longer exist in server also it was old version

If the default IP is the same, you use 192.168.1.1/24. You connect to the SIU and then you read the XML from the SIU.
If you already have a XML from any SIU, you can read it with this tool, you don't need to connect to a SIU.

Like Ozitech said, you can upload a XML to the SIU with this tool.
