RACH Procedure:

RACH is a common transport channel in the uplink.
So at any given point of time any UE would be able to access this channel, more than one users trying to send in the RACH.
UE starts sending Preambles with low power and then it gradually inceases it until UE gets ACK in the AICH channel.
Once UE receives an ACK, the UE sends the message body in the RACH channel.
