dear pl. find below the snapshot of one RNC.. where it was activatted.

1. Improved CE Ladder for E-DCH :
This feature provides double CE efficiency for Enhanced Uplink users. The improvement is valid for both low rate, and high rate, Enhanced Uplink users on 2 ms TTI and 10 ms TTI.

Highlights:
1. Overall average CE Utilisation UL reduced by 45 to 50 % in RNC RS
2. Improved CE Ladder for E-DCH is default basic feature in other Vendors
3. Feature shall be able offset the increase in CE Utilisation post implementation of HSUPA 2ms TTI.

Yes, Indeed as shown above there is a good improvement in UL CE utilization post implementation of this feature. The same was observed in 'Improved CE Ladder' feature.

We implemented this feature on some sites and I can confirm that we get improvement in UL CE after implementation of this feature.
