3g intra frequency periodic measurement control format

Dear friends,

I am looking for the template for the "3g intrafrequency Measurement control" to trigger periodic measurements.

I had tried to send the following message to trigger this. But i am getting back measurement report from the UE, but the cell list containing the measurements in empty.

Friends, could you please reply to the this please. I have not been working on measurments. So it might be very simple mistake in Measurement control to trigger the periodc measurements. I guess some of you must have some kind of testing and there may be some logs, could you please send a template for the same.

Now found a template in the 34.123 section TC number 8.4.1.5 . My MC seems like this, but still UE sending Measurement Report with the number of cells = 0. May be it is some other params i.e missing in the MC !
