query regarding E******* DTM feature

Dear all

I have some query regarding E// DTM feature:

1. Is it require to activate cell level parameter "DTMSTATE" for using this feature? Or only BSC level activation can allow users to use DTM?
2. I have activate this feature in BSC and MSC level only, and found value for following counter, however, DTM data volume(object: CELLDTMQOS) remains zero.

DTMACTEUSE

The counter DTMACTEUSE counts the accumulated number of active users with EGPRS capable mobiles in DTM.

3. I activated cell para DTMSTATE as well for some cells and found DTM data volume for those cells. Why i am not getting DTM EGPSR/GPRS LLC-PDU for cells with "DTMSTATE" off, but getting DTM active DTM users?
