PCPICH modification

I would like to ask how to modify the PCPICH transmit power? MOD UPCPICHPWR only allows you to modify the min and max power (Huawei RAN14). After adding cells using QUICKCELL SETUP, I got the following as default values.

PCPICH Transmit Power=360;
Max Transmit Power of PCPICH=378;
Min Transmit Power of PCPICH=342
PCPICH TX Power in Small DSS Coverage=330

The site is experiencing power congestion so I want to reduce TX power in order to reduce coverage. Can someone help please?

MOD UCELL is the command

When changing PCICH power you need to change max and min and also use MOD UCELL as the previous comment below.
But be careful when changing PCPICH power as you need also HSPA power so you take more power from HSPA. Also consider the MPO(default 2.5). There is a relation with that parameter.
