    Default Huawei shared RNC

    Hi guys,
    Can somebody help me with this problem:
    In a shared RNC I have 2 operators per RNC.
    How can I define 2 identical cell ID (one for each operator)?
    I have duplicate cell ID per RNC (from cellID intersection between operators)
