    Default Logfile imported from TEMS to Actix problem

    Hello Dears,

    Please i need your help, i'm using ACTIX 5.o.298.441 (April 2014 release).

    Evry time i recieve a log files made by TEMS and i try to open them wiith Actix and every time i got the same result : i have only just one point (as shown in the attached PS).

    I tried to uninstall it several time an install it again, evry time i get the same result.

    So please if any one can help pease don't hesitate

    I can't upload it's lil bit hugh, if you want to chek it by yourself in your ACTIX, i have already do this in other ACTIX (my coleague in work), they have all the route and for me only one point.

    In my Actix version 5.1.301.190 log is ok.
    Check your installation or licence

    Yes, so thats why i'm asking why it's happen just to me, for the installation i have repeat it several time without a result.

    So if there is an other solution, tell me.

    Uninstall the program with Revo Uninstaller Pro and in regedit search and delete all references to Actix .

    Reinstall the program again .

    I already did this, i have used Windows Install Clean Up, and also deleting alla the REG file, and always its the same thing.
