RTWP Capacity vs other issues

Hello;
How can you tell if a high RTWP is a capacity problem or if it is some other issue (hardware,outside interfer)?

1.check RTWP hourly trend compare with user number especially HSUPA if RTWP high on low load time, that might be come form external interference.
2.try to do Downlink load simulation(vender H//) to check hardware
3.Up/Down tilt should be effect to external interference

Hi JasonG,

IF RTWP is not according to HSUPA user no & abnormal in off Peak hours.If all preliminary check are done.

Please go for FFT test to check interference is due to internal or External.
