Corner Handovers effect in UMTS Optimization

Dear Experts,

I have a corner handover situation (Huawie) where HO from one nodeB on corner of turn is failing with neighboring site.
Actions done so far

a) Increase Hystersis

Can you suggest what other optimization techniques I can use e.g. Timer Increase, 1A,1B event scene what parameter I can optimize to fix it

Timetotrigget 1a will help you , also you can change individualOffset(parameter in E/// ) for such scenario on target cell.
