High RCB load - ZTE RNC

Fellow members,

Some of ZTE RNCs are currently running high peak load on RCB CPUs > 94%, I am looking into ways of reducing such load without adding new HW, do you have any idea how such reduction can be acheived my means of feature activition or parameter tuning? Any proven method prviously tested and shared is appreciated.

you can activate RCB Board load sharing
