    I have question for you..

    what is the UE tx power ? what is the low and high value ue tx power and if its come to high (ue tx power) what is the solution ?

    In WCDMA, UE tx power may range from -50 to 21 dBm (or 24 dBm depending on UE class).
    In general, high power > 10 dBm are consistent with poor uplink power budget.
    this could be due to high uplink loading (so you need to check uplink interference levels) or simply poor coverage (e.g. RSCP < -100 dBm)

    Yes, boring is right. Higher RTWP/uplink interference and poor level coverage level make higher UE Tx power. This make UE use more battery power consumption.
