Hi,

PLZ help me about this topic, i would like to know details of HO procedure in 3G (measurement, HO decision, and HO execution)
what is the different between different measurement reporting mode (event triggering & periodic)? in which case use each type?
How the RNC send Measurement_Control message? based on what criteria? and based on what the UE report measurement_report?

PLZ if anyone has documentation with deep details about this topic thx to share
