Samsung galaxy S3 to activate/deactivate auto PDP context attach

Hello Experts,

I am using the Samsung galaxy , but looks like it is trying to browse just after Registration. i.e by sending the ULDirectTransfer with ServiceRequest msg. Is there any way to disable this, so the UE moves to Idle, after Registration ?
