Differentiate KPIs for static and mobile users

Hi,
Are there any counters/features available in any vendor that will differentiate KPIs based on UE mobility state (or indoor or outdoor) ? For example if we can somehow calculate DCR for static and mobile users separately ?

For all UEs in a network As far as mobile become smarter it is possible in future with built in gps(now support)and sort of advance technology for operators (future),but for moment it is bit difficult to do such calculation unless you make trace on user specifically .

For KPI it is also now difficult but you use drop due to Handover(this may be user is static no cell change or static user but mobile handover) so it is still tricky to differentiate.
