using a mobile phone as a GSM Gateway connected to an asterisk server via usb or wifi

I want the cell phone to be connected with Asterisk not through blue tooth but through internet. It means that the cellphone will have internet capability and it will register with the Asterisk through internet. And when any call comes to Asterisk it will send the call to the cellphone through internet and then the cell phone will connect with the destination number.
