change of antenna height and Feeder loss and matrix loss

Dears , I have a question and appreciate any help. In atoll, I set antenna height and I use RFU, the feeder length should be equal to antenna height. I am wondering when I change my antenna height during the planning/optimization, Do I need to update the feeder length manually? BR,
