Tems Discovery 10 Open Error in Windows 8.1

Dear All Masters,

I have problem in open Tems Discovery 10 in windows 8.1, installation was finish successfully but when i tried to open TD, it stuck at the phase "initializing running environment" and the software isnt going anywhere no matter how long i've wait.
I also installed hasp driver that compatible with windows 8.1 64 bit already.

I have a dongle to open this, previously when i am using windows 8 there was no problem at all.

Kindly please need your advise.

Dont know.. my company gave me.. but problem solved, I downgrade to windows 7, windows 8 is not compatible for some software.. better stick in windows 7..

me too, on windows 8.1 can not run Tems Discovery 10.0.1
