ns-2 cygwin eurane or any hspa related scheduler matlab source in umts

Hi ... Anybody tried with cygwin win7 x64 platform with ns-2 all in one environment with eurane modified to make some
simulations ... I tried too many things but failed to compile with my newest cygwin environment just for making
simulation of hspa or any another matlab type environment for making especially hspa both hsdpa & hsupa simulations ...

For LTE there is some matlab source shared in finetopix , but especially with HSPA and if possible with some R8 features
effect like CPC , enhanced FACH & RACH carrierd with HS-PDSCH phy channels and with some traffic model and different
types scheduler algorithms ...
