    Default Concentric HO Valid/Watch Time

    Dears,

    We have parameters for UO HO Watch Time & UO HO Valid Time..
    Is this only for Underlaid to Overlaid Handover or for both?
    If it's only for U to O so which parameter specify O to 2 HO watch/ valid time?
