Question sirs. Is Nemo Handy for android phone capable of channel and Scrambling Code locking? We are planning to buy a unit for preparation on upcoming LTE Sites and for optimizing 3G sites.

Sure ,if you have Nemo Handy in your phone.
It can lock ARFCN ,PSC ,....

NA 6.5 can open handy 2.31 log
but will miss some LTE parament

brad.. i also have same nemo handy unit. it can only be locked thru arfcn. but this handy has an issue/bug you have to reboot your unit every time you will lock it. this unit is not good at all. based from my experience on this model. if you need nemo handy for 2g/3g optimization i recommend you should take the nokia c5 model. the battery can last for than 5 hours in dedicated mode. for samsung almost 1 1/2 hours only XD.
