Export tool for E\\\ BSC G13b urgently required

What do you mean export tool?! you just need simply export BSC dump and use Exert or Nexplorer to convert it to Excel format !

dear electron,
i already used NeXplorer v13 to export our BSC dump G13b, but unfortunately many parameters missing in the export, like no BCCH and BSIC, cause this version support up to G12b.
For EXERT i also use v 5.1.0.9 but also i have many missing parameters in the output result.

So if you have newer version for those tools, i will be appreciated
