About changeNotification and mappingInfo

Hi to All.
Im have some problem, and may be someone can help me.

Im have two LTE (700&1800) bands, GSM and UMTS at network.

Question is - what im must set in EUtranCellFDD at "changeNotification" (changeNotificationSIB1...changeNotificationSIB8) and at "mappingInfo" (mappingInfoSIB3...mappingInfoSIB12) and at "siPeriodicity" (siPeriodicitySI1...siPeriodicitySI10 in (rf (radioframes)) for correct work.
