HO Failure rate high from 3G-2G

I have high HO Failure rate from 3G(U1900)-2G(1900) in the whole network? i Checked everything, i did not find anything wrong!!!!!!

Any previous experience about this issue?

The vendor is NSN, i checked the FMCG, HOPG, ADJG and everything looks normal, but it look like we have something wrong because the failure rate is from 3% to 100% in the 3G-2G handover.

-wrong bsic or ci ,bcch,lac,bsc name?

I understand that % wise its quite bad, what sort of fail amount are you looking at? is 2g vendor also NSN ?

Hi Friend in 3% rate, what is the count? check the numerator.

Have you checked your neighboring definitions.3G to 2G and vice versa.Internal and External.
