Has anyone used the FlexLM tools with Freescale/NXP Codewarrior tools?

I have run FlexLMSearch

FlexLMsearch v0.04 Copyright (c) 2007 - 2008.

And found that it uses

bin\lmgr11.dll FLEXnet Licensing v11.5.0.0 build 56285 i86_n3 (lmgr.lib),

I can't download any tools from this forums due to 15 point restriction. Any help in getting the required files will be greatly appreciated. If someone can PM me the files or a downloadable link elsewhere or a torrent link or even email me it will help tremendously.

I have a program that the previous version has medicine But for newer version, when i use same license, it said something like the license is altered... I think it's might be problem with the SIGN of license. Can you give me some advice please ?

I am trying with the target that is a new version. I got previous version that is c*r *k , and I saw that they change CC 4C 89 4C 24 20 44 89... to CC 33 C0 3C 24 20 44 89.
So in newer version, I also found CC 4C 89 4C 24 20 44 89... and change to CC 33 C0 3C 24 20 44 89. But it does not work. It said:sorry the license check has failed with error -8...
The flexlm version is 11.13.1

I have new update,
I have patch ECC using HW by : replace 4C894C24204489442418488954241048894C24084881EC78010000488B05 ( pattern6_addr: pattern6_addr+3 ==> 4C894C>33C0C3)

And it seems ok. The target has few modules and one module now is working properly with this method. However, the other modules just stop working ( I got the message from windows said that the program is not working).So what is the problem now?
Can you guys give me some advice please ?

The flexlm version of the target is 11.13.1. I have previous license and flexlm 11.11.1.0 (from the previous cR * K version)
