It is simple, first go to Main view, select cell and right click on Neighboring Cell Configuration Express, and follow the snapshots

you get 3 tables, left one you select source cell, top right table, the source cell with their neighbors, the bottom one, the cell that can be added as the below snapshot

Yes, there is, First export the Neighbor Cell as Excel file and add the Missing neighbors in this exported file.

you import the updated Excel file to the CME and Neighbor will be updated and finally you export incremental script.

When you check the Neighbor relations to add in CME window you see a lot.It seems this is not a gud way to add missing relations.Is there a way to prioritise the bottom pane cells?
