Request PRFILE , Analyze TCH Ass Fail After Cutover to NSN MSC

Dear Experts,
After approval of Mr.Electron , i share this amazing solution in VIP are.

here is the story :
as you know TCH assignment fail became degraded after Cutover to NSN MSCs.
this problem exist in many 2G networks around the word and lots of member request for the solution.
for example my network have below changes :

Old : BSS:NSN, MSC :E*******
New:BSS:NSN, MSC:NSN

and after cutover TCH assignment degraded about 0.4 .

we found solution in NSN MSC.
We should Loading a PRFILE in Nokia MSCs that has "DELAY_CC_CLR_MSG_IF_ASS" record. So that it will be visible on MSC side and its value can be changed to “true”.

is there anybody to share this golden PRFILE for us?
just need to look at your PRFILE in MSC side (via ZWOI; Command ) to find out existence of "DELAY_CC_CLR_MSG_IF_ASS"parameter.

Hi all.

finally i found the solution.
it was one NSN MSC feature :
Delay CC CLR MSG during ongoing ASSIGNMENT.

Hi all.
It seems that number of paging increased after activation of mentioned feature in core side.
And consecuently paging success rate decreased from 94% to 85%

Any idea from experts?
