Limit R99 Rates -Huawei

Anyone can help in which parameters can be used to limit the R99 rates used in Huawei RNC ?

I can find them in the LST UTYPRAB, but I have no Idea how to disable certain rates..

Above parameters can limit R99 max throughput. But if throughput higher than above threshold, UE will use HSUPA and HSDPA.

specify service priority index;
RabIndex=28; (streaming)
RabIndex=48; (interactive)
RabIndex=78; (background)

specify maxbitrate you want
