"4x Parameter Planners for RNO Parameter Setting Database (CDD) Engineers are urgently needed on contract basis for our client, one of a most prestigious international telecommunication company in 4 different cities of Germany.
Fluent English is required for application.

Responsibilities:
Supporting of Vf CDD Co-ordinator for planning the co-ordinated implementation of all network changes (worst cells, swap activities, 3rd carrier, 3G upgrades, new site integration, parameter changes, feature implementation)
Familiar with SQL, My SQL, Oracle database maintenance and operation.
Extensive knowledge of the GSM, UMTS and LTE standards.

Detailed knowledge of the radio network parameters and the interaction of these parameters.
Development of scripts for generating load files of parameter implementation into database (CDD).
Development of scripts and queries for a detailed analysis of failure cases (Database).
Delivering of data for and communication with the netzwork operatio n team.
Coordination with the network operation and error handling in data implementation problems.
Excellent knowledge of Excel xml macro programming.
Excellent knowledge with Huawei M2000 tool.

Typical Interfaces:

* Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication) or computer programming Degree
* Experience in database maintenance and operation at least 6 years.
* Experience with telecommunication RNP&RNP projects.
* Experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE technologies.
* Huawei experience is advantage.
* Germany Vodafone and tool operation experience is advantage.
* Team spirit and good intercultural/ interpersonal communication skills.
* Fluent in English, and preferable German speake
