Paging issues on a specific cell

Dear All,

Please note that I am currently facing an issue with a specific cell running on flexi BTS with has 12 TRX and 80% utilized.
On that cell, during Busy Hour, all the subscribers covered by the cell cannot be reached.

Can anyone to help for the troubleshooting please ?

Try checking CCCH load by monitoring:

PCH Channel:
- PS Paging #
- CS Paging #
AGCH Channel:
- Immediate Assigment (Packet ) (Rej)

NSN has a 150K Hour limit . If you are near of this value try LAC/RAC optimization or Extended CCCH feature (BSS21538)

If the sum of all counters is near 150000 in one hour, try the suggestions

Dear All,

Please not that we found that the Number of delete paging commands in stats was very high meaning that lot of paging command was discarded.
We have then reduced the noOfMFramesBetweenPaging and noOfBlocksForAccessGrant and the Number of delete paging commands get reduced considerably. No more complaints on customer side.
