GPEH and finding missed IRAT relation

Does any body know how t use GPEH messages/which messages to find missed IRAT relations?

Any practical documents in regard would help much.

Hi,

I doubt whether you can find missing IRAT relations using GPEH (i.e missing GSM neighbors from GPEH) as the measurement is usually done on the WCDMA signalling part. But we have the following events in the GPEH which can be monitored for Inter-RAT.

List of RNC-Internal events:

• INTERNAL_CELL_LOAD_MONITOR_UPDATE
• INTERNAL_IRAT_HO_CC_REPORT_RECEPTION
  
• INTERNAL_IRAT_HO_CC_EVALUATION
• INTERNAL_IRAT_HO_CC_EXECUTION
  
• INTERNAL_IRAT_CELL_CHANGE_DISCARDED_DATA
• INTERNAL_CMODE_ACTIVATE
• INTERNAL_CMODE_DEACTIVATE
• INTERNAL_MEASUREMENT_HANDLING_EVALUATION
• INTERNAL_UE_MOVE

List of inter node events (RRC Events):

• RRC_MEASUREMENT_CONTROL
• RRC_MEASUREMENT_CONTROL_FAILURE
• RRC_MEASUREMENT_REPORT
• RRC_HANDOVER_FROM_UTRAN_COMMAND
  
• RRC_HANDOVER_FROM_UTRAN_FAILURE
  
• RRC_CELL_CHANGE_ORDER_FROM_UTRAN
  
• RRC_CELL_CHANGE_ORDER_FROM_UTRAN_FAILURE
  

These events are available when you select the events while scheduling the GPEH in GUI.

Yes, this is for SHO. As far as i know "missed IRAT" doesn't exist in GPEH. All you have is
missed SC for SHO or IRAT HO itself.
