Where is Telco going?

Just want an opinion

Is Telco where you should stay? After Renesas shutting down and Broadcomm shutting its LTE devision down. Seems there are less and less Telco companies where we can find jobs :-/. Here in the UK there are far and few companies who work in Telecom related work.....


Do I have a wrong impression or is it time to learn something else and move out of Telco?


Just want opinions on this.
