Hello ,
Looking for a 2G RF Engineer to work a 6 month extendable contract based in Morocco.

Responsibility:
1. Responsible for technical support
2. Responsible for the RF parameters planning and optimization
3. Analyze the issue on of the network performances
4. Responsible for the for the network quality and KPI
5. Analyze any KPI degradation issues
6. Interface with customer on any DT and KPI issues and results
7. Prepare technical reports for DT / KPI Optimization
8. Routine Frequency and Neighbor Optimization
9. Do parameter audits and optimize parameters to improve network performance
10. Do capacity utilization audits for all network elements and report to customer
11. Ensure network quality is maintained at good levels

Requirement：
Ø At least 5- 6 years of Moto RF working experience with 4 years GSM RF experience;
Ø Strong knowledge of GSM principles;
Ø Be familiar with GSM air interface protocol;
