    I think there is no miraculous method for capacity planning of stadium.

    To get the number of required BS/AP, just divide total number of users or total offered traffic by capacity of one BS/AP.

    Or, if you want to get some more sophiscated solution, how about using Erlang's formular?

    As far as I know, average holding time or packet size of data traffic much longer/bigger than ordinary Exponential distribution,
    so Erlang's formular is not suitable for dimensioning capacity of equipment which is handling data traffic.

    But, other methods are too complicated to be applied in dimensionning.
