Customer QoS Optimization: Customer Experience Collected Data Analysis, Report QoS Analysis, Analyze QoS Business Requirements, Design QoS Improvement Solution QoS Improvement Solution Design Escalation, Grant QoS Improvement Solution Approval, QoS Improvement Solution Execution, QoS Improvement Solution Acceptance
Site Access • Control Work order Management (SPOC Dispatch function): Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 3 years relevant experience or Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent and 5 years relevant experience • Must have experience in mobile radio propagation aspects through working on three of the following technologies – GSM/GPRS, CDMA/1xRTT, UMTS, EVDO, HSPA or LTE. • Must have working experience on –E******* equipment.
