Hi experts , I want to ask about this feature in RU 30 , i can't find its parameters , thanks

Hello,

parameters do not exist up to my knowledge in RU30.
I am not sure about RU40. I think that in RU40 only HSUPA dynamic bler exist. It might happen that there will some RFILES for HSDPA but if someone is better updated let correct me.

I think you need to get your hands on TN-159 from NSN, it has some latest updates and recommendation on HSUPA Dynamic BLER
