PS RAB Fail

dear experts,

i'm working on PS Rab optimization, and i found the value of this counter RAB.FailEstabPS.NoQueuing.DLMaxrateUnavail very high in one of our RNCs.
What could be the causes of this fails ?

Could you eloborate a bit ? It may be that the resource you are requesting is not available for the RAB establishment ?

This problem is easy to fix...This is happenning because the value of MBR in the RAB Assignment Request is higher than the cell/UE can handle. There is a switch in the RNC that you can turn on to handle this, so if the MBR is higher than UE/cell can handle the RNC will adjust to a lower value that UE/cell can handle it.

I dont remember exactly the name (Iu Renegotiation) of the switch but check at SET CORRMALGOSWITCH.
My friend are you using RAN10/11, right?
