PM FASsTrack® for the PMP ® Exam – Support v8.0.0.2

hello guys, I´m trying ti install the PM FASTrack® for the PMP® Exam (Version 8.2.0.4 Portuguese) with a Windows 10 Home Single, 64-bit operating system.
but I have two different errors:
1. during instalattion, the error is: CrypKey License Error: -7 Refer to setupex.xco
2. after installlation, the error is: Init Error: -24. The CrypKey License service is not currently operating normally.
Have you ever seen something like that? You know how I can solve this problem?

During Registration Screen -> Activate -> Accept -> License Serial Number -> type "MANUAL" -> Enter
License Serial Number -> type any number 123412341234
Site Code to be used for attached ckinfo+ & script -> ckinfo+ fast.ckinfo -> enter Site Code and get Encrypting Key to enter to Site Key
If something is wrong, delete RMCPROJ.key, RMCPROJ.ent, RMCPROJ.rst and try again. Do not touch to RMCPROJ.LIC
