Try use 7-zip to extract. You can find it in the internet, it's free.

I use 7-zip but it couldn't extract them to be .doc file

Hi uchok, thank you for the material, is very good, for those who ask how to open the files, have to do the following procedure: 1.use WinRAR to unzip the files, have to unzip both, where ever you want, I did it on desktop. 2. download 7-zip 3. when you unzip the files you got another zip file and two other files, you just need to unzip the extra zip file and the system will take automatically the other two files. 4. Finally you will have a .doc file and study it. Hope this is usefully for every body.

I'm not sure what I did wrong
1. Winrar to extract both files then I've got .zip, .z01, .z02
2. 7-zip to extract .zip file but it didn't work. The error message shown "Can not open file xxxx as archive
3. 7-zip to extract other two and got the same error.

Any help must be appreciated
