DXU link lost

What is probable wrong if you have below alarm in 2G 6kRBS
1.DXU link lost
2.Lost communication to Radio Unit(TRXC I1A:36)

Link cable connecting DUG & RUS/RUG is not functioning properly.
This may be case.

sometime the above alarms occurred because DXU reset more than one time and during the installation , please follow the steps below :

1- check the E1 availability.
2- Reset the DXU and after that the the radio units
3- ask the BSS back office to reset the site with 4 commands
