Tool for wi-fi indoor planning?

I'm looking for the tool for wi-fi indoor planning, I already found the following tools:

Which tool is better? Or you can advise any other tool?

Well I usually Use Airmagnet ( the most accurate between all tools here) but the problem is the license is very expensive and you i think it is extremely hard to find one that is *****ed

Ekahau comes 2nd place even though it is not that accurate but it works (relatively)
