Data fill for new site 2G Alcatel!

I am planning for new site 2G Alcatel, I need some data fill template (Cell define data) in excel file. Datafill include design data(Freq, basi, lac, ci,....), adjacency (2G-2G, 3G-2G), and importance parameter. If anyone have it, please share with me. Thank you very much.
