Before the construction or capacity expansion of any network, the initial radio parameters for the network must be planned before commissioning the network, thus facilitating the work of our colleagues from the customer service department. This document mainly introduces the planning principles and methods for the radio parameters of a newly-constructed network. It mainly contains some basic information about the cells, such as the cell ID, PSC, and neighbor cell.
