    I need your help with calculating the PS drop rate KPI and Call completion rate KPI, using below data from Drive test , by using TEMS Discovery tool post processing tool i got below results.

    Call End statistics
    MO PS Call Dropped - Redirect Failure(6)

    MO PS Call MS Release (Normal Cause)(27)
