Optimization in border country

Hi experts,

Can you help me to optimize 3G network in border country, the sypmton is my operator has the same band IV that neighbor country, so both we have interfernece, there some parameter optimization that need to consider to avoid this interference, some change in PLMN scope value tag.

Please your help!!

For 3G at border, if the other operator is using same band, you should agree with him about the scrambling code sets to use (each operator should use different scrambling codes). Then you can also add some requirements in terms of maximum power at the border area.

Thanks for you answer Philippe, so there is no other optimization at parameter level, because they send us their list that causing interference, but there are so many 26.
